Argentino Darío Botinelli faz exames na Gávea e deve ser o próximo reforço do Flamengo

RIO - O Flamengo está perto de anunciar o segundo reforço para 2011, depois do goleiro Felipe. O meia argentino Darío Botinelli, do Universidad Católica, do Chile, fez exames médicos na Gávea nesta quarta-feira.

O jogador pertence ao Atlas, do México, que aceitou cedê-lo ao clube rubro-negro por quantia não revelada. No rubro-negro, Bottinelli vestirá a quinta camisa na carreira. Destro, o argentino de 1, 67m já passou por San Lorenzo, Racing, Universidad Católica (CHI) e Atlas (MEX).




Darío Bottinelli (born December 26, 1986 in Buenos Aires) is an Argentine football midfielder who recently transfered from Atlas of the Primera División in Mexico to Brazilian club Flamengo.

Career
Considered a good prospect for the future, Bottinelli managed to establish himself in the San Lorenzo first team during the 2006-07 season.
For the start of the 2007-08 season he was transferred to Racing.
Darío's older brother, defender Jonathan Bottinelli, still plays with San Lorenzo.
In early 2008, Bottinelli was transferred to Universidad Católica to compete in the Chilean apertura and the Copa Libertadores.
Atlas of Mexico's Primera Division, signed Darío for the Apertura 2008 season, beating powerhouse Club América in the bid for his rights.
In the middle of 2010 Darío returned to [Club Deportivo Universidad Católica|Universidad Católica]], this time on a one year loan. But he only spent six months on Chile as Atlas negotiated his transfer to Flamengo.

Flamengo
On December 22, 2010, four days before his 24th birthday, Darío signed with Brazilian club Flamengo following the great success of Argentinian players in the Brazilian Série A such as Darío Conca and Walter Montillo.
